We are still just four days beyond the Full Moon and this means there is enough nervous tension to cause problems. As a result there may be irritable thoughts and feelings with simmering resentments that may occasionally explode into spectacular outbursts of temper.

These may be of considerable venom and cause a great deal of disruption. In addition Jupiter is in opposition to Mars - the planets of war as some regard them. This will tend to heighten moods still further and although the overlying tendency is to a slow dissipation of high moods and emotions this alignment will be capable of bringing discord to even the most convivial of settings.

Probable traits will include assertive or extremist ideas and tendencies with restless discontent. On the more positive side there may be a renewed zest for on going schemes and ventures, with an adventurous and out going disposition and the ability to actively enjoy life. This is a relatively moderate term opposition and Mars and Jupiter will remain in opposition until around the middle of January. Read the rest of this entry »
