The principal feature of this current alert is the opposition between the Moon and Saturn, an alignment that will exert influence for just over 26 hours.

Likely traits to result from this include a more restrained and limited atmosphere with notable inhibitions including timidity, hesitance and lowered self esteem and confidence. While this atmosphere may also mean self discipline and control it also means a self conscious attitude with the possibility of depressive, melancholic or pessimistic moods and inclinations. As a result it could feel harder to get going with the risk of boredom, self pity, or a gloomy outlook concerning ones future prospects.

The above mentioned moods will be made to feel all the more forceful by the current phase of the Moon which at around 50% illuminated heightens the exact traits that Saturn is well renowned for.

Another feature of this present alert is the impending alignment of the Moon and Uranus. As frequent visitors to this site will know Moon/Uranus alignments are amongst the most unsettling of the routine run of monthly conjunctions and can lead to particularly disturbed moods and emotions, with a potential for extremes.

However this months Moon/Uranus alignment may be rendered a little less powerful by the Moon/Saturn opposition, which will tend to act as a restraining influence.
