With the Moon now 62% illuminated this is habitually the period in the Lunar cycle when there is a time of few great highs or lows. While this may be an approximation of this present time there is still need to be wary.

In many ways this is a cross over period - a time of transition between two fundamentally different atmospheres. One is of the strident post Full Moon atmosphere of previous days, and the other is an altogether more sedate and easy going mood period that is broadly reminiscent of the emotional doldrums. As a result there may be a balancing out of emotions with restrained or limited inspiration and enthusiasm, together with moods of a noticeably more potent nature. These more forceful emotions will be more than evident if problems develop as there may be a sharp and acute nature to feelings, with a restless outlook that could cause upsets and unease.

For the most part however moods and emotions will tend to conform to a more composed and disciplined attitude, although it could prove harder to get going. In addition there may be a tendency towards escapism in its limitless guises and this could prove extremely distracting.

Whatever the case it may not be easy to keep to a ones usual routine and extra determination will be required to complete ones daily tasks, that will quite easily be abandoned for more stimulating alternatives. Certain to say that those on a tight deadline may come to feel especially pressured, though persons with time on their hands, or those on vacation, or indeed anyone without any great demand on their time may relish the unrushed nature of this period.

The next few days will see a further lessening of tensions, but this may be at the expense of some melancholia or depression, and those vulnerable to sensitive atmospheres may feel uncomfortable and uneasy. Indeed those whose work requires inspiration and enthusiasm for their work may find these qualities difficult to kindle and this period will suit repetitive tasks rather than those requiring a high degree of mental dexterity or originality.
