The dominant feature of this current alert is the opposition between the Moon and Mars. The pair will remain conjunct for over the next 24hours and will continue to exert influence until around 16:00 GMT on the 18th of October.

Likely traits to result from the above mentioned opposition include a keen degree of like and dislike, with a robust and zestful sense of purpose that will be in stark contrast to previous days. There will also be a potential for contentious encounters with the chance of aggressive views and attitudes, and the possibility of arguments, that although not quite as forceful as of late may nonetheless be sufficient to cause problems.

The other major feature of this period is the on going alignment between Venus and Saturn. To some extent this will moderate or otherwise compliment the influence of the Moon/Mars opposition mentioned above, with reserved and disciplined emotions that will prevent the more aggressive traits of Mars from becoming too dominant.
