Moods and emotions may begin to seem much less tense than of late, though a certain element of nervous energy may remain.

We are now exiting a particularly concentrated period of planetary alignments, and over the next few weeks the overall mood atmosphere will undergo a fundamental change. This will bring much less complex feelings, with a better balance of moods and emotions.

For the moment the dominant feature of the current celestial pattern is the opposition between Venus and Neptune, which is now at a peak. This has been active for around three weeks now and its traits are now more powerful than ever. These will include heightened sense of awareness with increased harmony and rhythm, with an attraction towards delicate, refined, or cultured activities and interest.

Sentimental, or idealistic ideas may gain prominence but there may also be a tendency towards easy disappointment or disillusionment. In addition there may be self deluded impressions and imaginings with the potential for deceit and confused thinking.

It is also worth mentioning that the opposition between the Sun and Uranus has still not run its course, and although very much on the wane, still has the potential to affect moods and emotions, albeit on a reduced scale of potency. These may range from out of character moods and emotions, to bizarre or eccentric inclinations that may, according to circumstances, tend towards extremes. This can lead to sudden flashes of temper or irritability, with galvanic energy or disruptive, and rebellious behavioural patterns. Once again it should be reminded that since the opposition is not now so powerful, these traits will be of reduced intensity, though still capable of causing problems.

The affects of alcohol will tend to be heightened at this time and even moderate consumption may be capable of inducing disproportionate mood changes, though not all these will be of an objectionable nature.

Coming days should see a further lessening of tensions, though it may feel a little bit harder to get going.
