We are now exiting a period of very concentrated planetary activity, that has contributed to make the period from the beginning of August a time of highly challenging moods and feelings. Following on from this the next three or four weeks until around the middle of October will see relatively few major alignments, except that is for usual monthly run of Lunar aspects as well as the Full and New Moon.
For the moment moods and emotions may continue to be heightened and on edge with a lingering degree of nervous restlessness. In addition there may be subtle doubts and concerns along with nagging apprehension and worry over even the most trivial of problems. As a result difficulties will seem to be magnified and anxieties may arise over relatively mundane issues.
The Sun still continues to be in opposition to Uranus. Although this alignment is now past its peak, it is still capable of exerting influence. Likely traits include eccentric, bizarre, or out of character thoughts and emotions. It can also provide one with ideas that depart quite radically from ones normal range of thinking, and though this may be for better or for worse, there is the chance of developing interests or activities that one may never have otherwise considered. If these are of a life changing nature, it is best to be patient and consider their impact after the influence of the alignment has worn off. With the Sun/Uranus alignment this will not be long and the next week should bring a definite diminishing of its influence.
One of the most dominant celestial features of the coming weeks is the developing opposition between Venus and Neptune. As frequent visitors to this site will know, this will contribute to a more refined and delicate atmosphere with a better sense of harmony and rhythm. It can also lead to very sensitive and vulnerable emotions with nostalgia, or sentimentality. Less attractive is a disposition towards self delusion, deceit or confused thinking.
Coming days should see a climb down to significantly less stressful moods and feelings. However the influence of the Venus/Neptune mentioned above will remain active and for some this may mean acutely sensitive moods and emotions.
