A special warning now exists concerning the alignment of the Moon and Uranus. This will last until around 16:00 GMT, or 11:00 EDT.

As a result moods and emotions may be subject to extremes of thought and action with very changeable and highly charged moods and feelings. In addition there is likely to be a high degree of nervous restlessness with over-excitable emotions with an emphasis on the dramatic and the very drastic. This may lead to upheaval in the family setting and it is a matter of record that many of the most brutal crimes occur under the influence of the Moon/Uranus alignment. This alignment can also lead to bizarre and out of character moods and feelings with eccentric, perverse or unusual modes of expression.

As outlined in previous alert bulletins this period is at the focus of numerous planetary alignments and constitutes one of the years most complex mood situations.

Also of great importance is the opposition between Mercury and Uranus. This is now at a peak and will contribute yet further to the mood of highly strung emotions filled with strong nervous energy and a tendency towards extremes.

Another major mood influencing factor is the opposition between Mars and Jupiter. Likely traits to result from this include enthusiastic and self expansive emotions with a generous and adventurous attitude. However there is also the possibility of aggressive moods and feelings with the risk of arguments and contentious encounters. Once again extremist tendencies will he heightened with the possibility of over exaggerated fits of emotion or an attitude of superiority and boastfulness.

The slow developing opposition between Venus and Neptune is also beginning to exert its influence. This may result in more refined or delicate emotions, with sentimental, or idealistic affections together with a better sense of harmony and balance. However it also carries the potential for easy disillusionment, confusion, and self deception.

Once again this is a highly complex mood situation with sharp contrasts and a tendency - at least in the first part of this alert period - to extremes of thought and action. On the other hand this atmosphere offers a dynamic amount of energy for on going schemes and ventures, together with the necessary drive and enthusiasm to bring them to fruition.

All in all this represents a determinative period that for a great many people may come to shape their future course of development.
