Just three degrees now separate the Sun, Saturn and Mercury, with Venus in very close attendance. Meanwhile each of these is still in opposition to Neptune, with the Earth in between. For good measure Jupiter is approaching the peak of its opposition with Mars.

All of this means a continuing and prolonged period of highly tense and anxious moods with heightened awareness and perception that for some will have the potential to come close to crisis point. Either way this will be a period of nervous restlessness with clashing moods and feelings that may come to represent almost every emotion on the mood spectrum. Noticeable tensions will predominate with subtle fears, concerns, and apprehensions, including doubts and misgivings.

The opposition between Jupiter and Mars also means that this period will be subject to more aggressive thoughts and emotions, so that headstrong, self willed attitudes with the potential for friction and conflict will be an ever present factor. This atmosphere also harbours the possibility for extremist actions or a superior attitude with very firm and entrenched inclinations.

Some measure of restraint and control will emanate from the alignment of the Sun and Saturn, though this may all too easily incline towards pessimism, doubt and insecurity, not to mention melancholia and depression.

All in all this is a highly complex emotional atmosphere that will be subject to swift changes. Some may find it to be a significant challenge whereas others may relish the alert and emotionally sharpened ambiance.
