We are now just hours away from the Full Moon which takes place at 0.50 hours GMT on the 30th of July, which is 19:50 hours EDT on the 29th of July. In addition there is also the lingering effects of the Moon/Mercury opposition to contend with, which all go towards making this a very tense and emotionally restless atmosphere.

Nervous tension will be high, with increased anxiety and apprehension, so that problems will be magnified, and reaching a balanced frame of mind may prove difficult. As a result decisions may not benefit from the best of consideration and there is likely to be poor concentration, with lack of focus.

Under these circumstances physical activities may be preferred over those requiring a high degree of mental dexterity as this may allow a healthy outlet for the overload of emotional energy.

As with any Full Moon setting there will be a general increase in aggressive moods and feelings with a tendency towards argumentative behaviour and volatile expression. Suffice it to say that arguments may erupt on the merest pretext, and sometimes just simply for the desire to let loose ones emotions. Indeed where arguments occur there may be little restraint in what is said or done. Similarly there may be simmering resentments and hostility, so that any perceived injustice will be addressed in no uncertain manner.

This mood is also susceptible to sensitive and vulnerable emotions that could produce subtle fears and anxiety with a gnawing sense of uncertainty that will not easily be assuaged.

On the positive side this mood offers plenty of latent energy for on going schemes and ventures, including the necessary drive and enthusiasm to strive for success. The difficulty however is in overcoming the intense restlessness that could makes sticking to ones tasks rather difficult so that distractions become an easy temptation.

Coming days may be of a similar intensity, though should begin to moderate towards the middle of the coming week
