11th - 12th July 2007

We are now just a few days short of the New Moon. As a result moods and emotions may begin to feel tense and anxious with increased nervous restlessness and apprehension. In addition there may be sensitive and vulnerable emotions with delicate or refined inclinations that may easily be disturbed.

As with any New Moon lead up there may be increased aggression with the possibility of contentious encounters, arguments, or rebellious behaviour. The alignment between Venus and Saturn may offer some restraint, but this is now beginning to diminish, and within a number of days will have finished altogether. For the moment both planets still remain in opposition to Neptune and this will create more delicate emotions with feelings of sentimentality, or idealistic inclinations.

The Moon is now in opposition to Jupiter and will remain so until around midnight EDT (05:00 GMT on the 12th) This is likely to lead to a more generous, expansive and sympathetic disposition, with a more sociable outlook. However it may also lead to exaggerated, or extravagant gestures, with careless or unstable emotions.

Over the next few days it is inevitable there will be a general increase in tensions and anxieties as we come to the New Moon. Feelings may be running high and a few will find this to be a highly challenging emotional situation. On the other hand provided one can find the discipline to persevere it can offer invaluable impetus and energy to on going schemes and ventures.

Alert is 7.5. Moon 8% illuminated.
