The Moon is now in alignment with Mars and will remain conjunct until around 17:00 GMT (12:00 EDT).

As a result moods and emotions may exhibit a degree of nervous restless with impulsive, forceful and even intolerant attitudes. In addition there may be a noticeable sense of passion with a robust degree of likes and dislikes. Under these circumstances emotions will be easily aroused and there is a risk of arguments, headstrong behaviour, and contentious encounters.

As on previous days there will be a measure of balance from the four planet alignment that sees Venus aligned with Saturn, whilst both being in opposition to Neptune, with the Earth in between

As mentioned in yesterday’s alert bulletin this may bring a clash of feelings, with strong contrasts. For example there is the strict, restrained, and disciplined attitude of Saturn, coupled with the refined, delicate and sometimes sentimental nature of Neptune. Then again there is the self deluded, deceitful side of this alignment together with its propensity to easy disappointment and disillusionment.

Today however Mars may offer a greater degree of zest and enthusiasm that may rekindle a spark of initiative for on going schemes and ventures, but this will be of short lived duration only. However it does mean that ones daily routine may benefit from a much needed boost of energy.

Similarly there may be a welcome addition of inspiration and determination, not to mention a renewed zest of ambition.

Coming days will see a gradual decline of the Venus/Saturn alignment, as we head straight from one of the most concentrated periods of planetary alignments to one of the sparsest of the year.
