Venus and Saturn are still somewhat aligned, with both of them continuing to be in opposition to Neptune. Otherwise there is very little by way of celestial activity as we head into ones of the years sparsest periods of planetary alignments.

However this does not mean to say this period is one with little to report. In fact the above mentioned alignment involving as it does four planets (including the Earth) is one of the largest of the year. It also brings a clash of emotions with the restrained and limited aspects of Saturn contrasted by the refined, delicate, and sentimental attributes of Neptune. It also balances more controlled and disciplined feelings with idealistic, or even self deluded imaginings, confusion, and easy disillusionment.

It will be seen then that the present celestial atmosphere is highly complex and subject to subtle variations that are not easy to predict. Hence this may still seem to be an unsettling period that some may actually find quite challenging. Read the rest of this entry »
