We are now just over a day short of the Full Moon and tensions are understandably high in what is one of the years most concentrated periods of planetary activity. This will undoubtedly lead to an increase in tension and anxiety with nervous restlessness and an overall feeling of heightened awareness. As with any Full Moon setting there is an increased risk of contentious encounters with the possibility of volatile exchanges, arguments and acts of rebelliousness. Indeed where arguments develop there may be little restraint in what is said or done. Similarly there may be feelings of intense irritation with simmering resentments and petty animosities that may spring up over the merest trifle. It should be warned that these feelings will be made all the more exaggerated by the consumption of alcohol whose effects will be greatly magnified at this time.

Sun and Mercury aligned. 

On this occasion the Full Moon will be made to seem even more forceful by the influence of the Sun as it aligns with Mercury. This will serve to increase alertness yet further, and for some this may be just too much for comfort. On the other hand this atmosphere may instill a concentrated, focused mind with clear and incisive thinking, together with a firm idea of what must be done. Unfortunately increased restlessness may prove distracting and physical tasks will tend to be preferred over those requiring a high degree of mental dexterity. One of the more agreeable aspects of Sun/Mercury alignments is that they dispose towards optimal creative expression with increased awareness and perception that for some will border on the psychic.
